Payment/Refunds:

DoxAPalooza 11 will be held rain or shine. Event sponsorship and payments are non-transferrable and nonrefundable. Please mail this completed vendor agreement, fee and signed set up instructions form or auction/raffle item donations so they reach DARE by October 1, 2016.
